About me
I spent over a decade at Fraport AG and Deutsche Post DHL building digital products, loyalty programs, and customer service systems from scratch — in complex, regulated environments. I've managed teams, budgets, and hundreds of thousands of customers.
What I learned: most problems aren't technical. They're about perspective. I bring an outside view, deep customer understanding, and the ability to execute — not just advise.
